Launce Bennett, Collision Operations Manager at Toyota Motor North America

With 20 years of automotive industry experience, he has built a distinguished career across dealership operations, quality, and collision program leadership within Toyota and Lexus. He began his career in 2007 at a Toyota dealership, where he developed broad frontline expertise in maintenance, service advising, and advanced technical repair, ultimately serving as a Master Technician.

After six years in dealership operations, he joined Toyota Motor Sales in the Quality Division, where he spent three years supporting quality initiatives and strengthening operational performance. He later moved to the Lexus Division, where he led the Lexus Certified Collision Center program for more than eight years and played a key role in launching the Lexus Authorized Collision Center program for independent repair facilities.

He now serves in the Toyota Division, where he is responsible for Toyota Collision Operations based in Plano, Texas. Prior to beginning his automotive career, he lived in Japan and is fluent in Japanese, bringing valuable cross-cultural perspective to his leadership and industry expertise.
